Issue the CLI command "lun rescan"

Wait a minute, and try again.

Subject: unable to add LUNs to a volume

Hi all

Customer is trying to add a LUN to an existing volume "I have 5 luns
labeled and free as a status. i am trying to add one of these to an
existing volume and am getting the following error:No free luns
available for given array/options."

From the sfinfo, I see the LUNs labelled and free. From the volume show
details, I saw no hi-water mark set. Had him set to 90% to trigger
autogrow. Still same error Customer suspected Min/Max. Lun Size (MiB):
0 was the factor but "If you set the value to zero (0), the first
available disk, regardless of size, is used."

Can anyone offer some suggestions as to what I'm overlooking?

Thanks in advance,
Michael

As the sfinfo (attached to email) uses th -L option and had no output,
I had him send the output of vol show details
NOTE: we've since set the High Water Mark to 90%
